Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 pods of garlic
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- (Or diluted white vinegar)
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp thyme (ground)
- A pinch of oregano flakes
Recipe:
Into a mixer grinder, add in all the ingredients and grind into a smooth and fine paste. It is ready to use, store in an airtight container for up to 1 week, in the refrigerator.
