 Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 pods of garlic
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • (Or diluted white vinegar)
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp thyme (ground)
  • A pinch of oregano flakes

Recipe:

Into a mixer grinder, add in all the ingredients and grind into a smooth and fine paste. It is ready to use, store in an airtight container for up to 1 week, in the refrigerator.
